Default McLaren Mercedes SLR

Heading up the M40 this morning, and at about 6.45am stops at Warwick Services as needed juice. Pissing with rain, been up since 5am, not best amused. Only one at the pumps, filling up and hears this rumble coming in. Merc SLR...............bloke pulls up at the pump next to me, gets out and starts juicing up. never seen a real one before so would be rude not to starts talking to him, real nice guy, had the car 6 months, lives in Oxford, heading up to Staffordshire. What a tool..............was impressed I knew what it was, said most people think it's an SL500 with a kit fitted !!! What a nice bloke.......

Oh, did I mention that he also has a McLaren F1, Pagani Zonda, Lamborghini Murcielago, F40, Enzo and 959 ???

If I had the money then I'd have similar cars to him Good on him for not been a stuck up bell end ..seen too many people in the past get all heady cause they have a nice car. Its nice when you can talk normally with them

Not sure what the difference between the AMG and the Maccy is though Sams brother has a 55 plate SL55 AMG ..and boy does that thing move and drink fuel.

Shame hes too tight to keep filling it up for me to use

I saw one as with Fudgeass about a year or more back
driving up the M6.

it was a LHD one, and said 'prototype vehicle' on the back though!

very very nice though!

Very very nice cars. Saw one parked up in a Leeds city centre backstreet (brave bloke ). Was a black one and the rims and discs were HOOOOOOGE!!!

Really beautiful car. It was black and the plate was 1 KL. belongs to a millionaire builder called Kevin Linfoot who apparently has a fleet on all sorts including one of those really old Mercs with the gullwing doors

Have some photos of it on my phone, but no way of putting them on here unfortunately.
