stu if ur reading this, you tested a innovate monitor and sensor in this months performance ford. Does it have a narrowband output? and if it did
could you swap this with original lamda sensor on esc cos, or use it along side it?

yes, yes (although the wideband and narrowband sensors are physically different sizes and threads) and yes

Thats what I'm planning to do... The 'other' programmable analogue output I want to use in conjunction with my SECS monitor WI control (i.e. if I have high boost and lean mixture, then alarm)

What are your thoughts on that?

So what we are sayin here is you can remove std narrowband sensor and replace with wideband ( threads are different fair enough ) and with a bit of programming it will run in conjunction with standard ecu.

yes, as well as a wideband display in paralel in most cases. my techedge certainly will.

the wideband sensor may have a shorter life according to some, although the ntk one was standard fit on (some) honda civics, and the bosch one on (some) vw group cars and i can't see either of those company's fitting parts that won't last.
