Default PC HELP NEEDED!!!!!!

Whenever i use kazaa (or even have the programme open) my whole pc just slows down

No matter what other programme i use (whilst kazaa is open) it takes fookin ages to open up or do anything else on my pc, it even slows down my msn etc

As soon as i close the programme (kazaa) everything speeds back up again

Is there anything i can do to sort it out?
Any help will be apreciated

Thanks.

there are loads of things it could be, but why are you using Kazaa thought that was oldskool? Bitlord is better surely? like RSnissan says it could be memory so check your task manager, but also delete all your cookies and temp internet files cos the slow down pcs no end, and if there are files linked with Kazaa then that might slow down the pc. plus the main folder for Kazaa that store oll the downloaded files will take longer to open the more is in it, so organise those files aswell, as kazaa will use it in the background that might slow you down.
oh and finally get a good anti-virus but not norton, lol.
hope that helps

How much RAM has your pc got?
Shouldnt really slow it down at all unless you have a really old/slow pc

I run limewire on my pc and it doesnt effect it how it runs at all, even when im downloading 10 songs or somthing
