This is why insurance premiums are so high, these personal claim co's etc

Sorry to hear about the accident Andy.

Had the same thing happen twice in 3 weeks to the missus' Civic

unless you genuinely have an injury, please do not make a compensation claim. it's the scumbags who do, that make our insurance premiums so bloody high

Well i have spent all day on the phone to churchill trying to sort a hire car and to make them proceed with my claim

They told me they wouldnt be appointing a solicitor as i dont have legal protection so i have to sort it all myself

I was 110% convinced i took out legal protection so i ripped the house apart to find my docs, i found my insurance scedule and there we have it, i do have legal protection for upto 50 grand so then i had to fax them a copy of my scedule as proof. just waiting to hear back off them, just a shame everything take fookin ages

Gutted for you mate, stupid f*ckin women drivers, some of them are not safe enough to be let loose on the public roads

And as for trying to sort your insurance out The amount we pay them it should be a dodle to get a pay out or hire cars etc

I had a women pull infront of me on monday afternoon, clear day and she just pulled out, if i carried on at the speed i was doing then id have wiped her out

wait till you renew insurance and have to declare how much your claim came to... which you will have to do, regardless of fault

Yes considering there not just a hire company, there dealing with my whole claim. I spent 3 days on the phone to churchill and didnt get anywhere, i spent 1 afternoon on the phone to helphire and i get a car delivered and a call from an insurance assessor to view my car on wednesday.

So, yes its good service

How do Helphire make their money?
Effectively, Helphire is a hire car company, so we make our money by hiring cars and other vehicles from our fleet. The difference is, we hire the car to you but pass the bill to the insurance company of the driver to blame, at hire rates agreed with the UK's leading insurance companies.

That whole helphire quote is a load of bollocks, theyre not ABI approved and tear the arse out of everybody! Anyone associated with the trade hate these sort of companies. They're all like vulchers!
