Default Spraying and brake fitting

Whats the best way of blending in a non painted area with another, Ive painted my sills but masked it off so have anon attractive line running across. Am I going to have to rub it down again?

Also has anyone the details on fitting 2wd dics using the brackets??

Thanks

Trev

Basically, as you apply the finish coats, you go more and more into the adjoining panel. Then, when hard, you flat it back and buff(polish) to match. I.e you might only be de locking the doors, which the key hole is only about 40 diam, but would paint about 400mm diam onto door and into rear quarter!!!!!!

A skilled job mate which is very hard to perfectly match.

white aint too bad to match, but dont mask up and leave a line . To get a good match on a s1 you could spray the whole bottom of the rear quarter and door if its the sills, and just mask up to the fader stripe. When you t-cut/buff/polish it back later the line will disspear against the fader anyway....just take care not to rub the fader off lol
