Default yet another 2wd cossie problem :goddamstupidthing:

drove the car all day sunday, did about 90-100 miles, spot on running totally perfect.
left the car standing for about 2-3hrs, came out to start it and it wont run will fire over but then dies within a few seconds, banging and popping like a bastard
ive changed the blue switch at back of the head, and ive tried a new idle air control valve, one thing im a bit unsure about though is if you unplug the blue switch and the idle air control valve it will start after bout 45 seconds and then idle, but as soon as you plug either of them in it'll just conk out
any ideas????
