after some lowlife scumbag stole my gf's brand new phone at a party, she has been using a mates phone, and its crap

was considering getting her a new phone for crimbo to replace it.

she likes the moto razr v3 (pink one) but have heard from all my mates who have it that its not a great phone

shes alwats had nokias but cant seem to find any good ones for sale. she really always like the old 8910i, the titanium one, but if i buy one of them i have the feeling that it will feel a bit old and naff againts the newer phones on the market

anyone got any recomendations? needs to be available sim free, or pay as you go on vodafone.

Samsungs are good mobiles, ive had a d500 for a few months and i cant fault it for what i use it for(calls, texts, pictures, videos)
The new d600 has been out a while now, main difference is the 2mp camera.

motorola phones although some look nice use software thats out of the ark and sending texts is still appaling bad incomparision to nokia..

samsung is d600 is probably as pants as the d500.. again looks nice but you send a mms to say a nokia and it wont open, they use a differnt format of jpg not the same as everyone else .. then you try to use the bluetooth with a tomtom.. works sometimes, when it wants too.. then just drops the connection as and when it feels like it

normal phone i will never stray from nokia again, they just have the best software and most intuative interface.. and everything on em works with everything..

i have my 6230i as my workhorse normal phone and a k-jam as my pda and phone combined which syncs with my work outlook (even has a proper qwerty keyboard but isnt much thicker than my 6230i
