i suppose there is nothing he can do, if you read the rest its just blurb from some website, maybe he could get done for copying it with out having permission but thats about it. i looked through the feedback for the seller and he seems like a right twat, leaving negative comments to the people who have left him good feedback.

No comeback unless he goes to ebay to report a misleading ad. I would report it. Obviously it does state it's not for a system but I expect that ebay would take a dim view of it, as they did when some guy sold a bloke a PS2 box for £350 when they first came out
A colleague said he's go round and kick his head in

With thos long acutions that basically list what the manufacturer says, i always go straight to the end If nothing dodgy there then i read through it.

It is out of order, but I agree people should read things because in a way he has done nothing wrong and is £470 better off!
Don't think the buyer will have a claim either!

hmmm posibuily a hijacked account?
look at caitlincutie recent sales,
http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....=3&completed=1
there several xbox 360s, all the same, but in the picture on the acution you can see the originall sellers name INDY2003, and a search on him shows he genuienly sold the xbox

The ad is plain wrong and is in breach under the misleading titles T&C's:
The seller listed an 'XBOX 360 PREMIUM PACKAGE' ......
If a seller lists an item simply as “Apple iPod”, the seller must be selling an actual Apple iPod – not accessories to an Apple iPod, or items related to or unrelated to an Apple iPod.
