The garage have had my car for 3 weeks but are lost, they still cant get the car started.
problem is we changed the head to a stage 2.
then when you try to start the car it goes to fire and then just turns over without a hint of firing up again.

leave for 5 mins and it will do the same.

any ideas?? im getting desperate as i aint had the car for 2 months and the garage are stuck.

Does this normally happen when changing erst heads?

a good garage....true!!!

i mentioned this to them on the phone today about bleeding the fuel as someone mentioned this to me.

the fuel pump works fine and i plugged the leads with the diagram given to me from here somewhere.

to bleed the fuel do you need to undo the fuel lines to the m/head and have someone try to start the car until the fuel is flowing?

FUEL ACCUMULATOR?

The Fuel Accumulator maintains fuel pressure in the system after shutoff, ensuring positive re-start characteristics. A spring loaded diaphragm is compressed during pump operation. Upon shutoff, the spring pressure holds fuel pressure in the fuel system.
