Default wheel problems

Just bought , yes bought not brought some 17" rs7 spoke wheels for my s2 rst, when i fitted them i noticed there is not much of the wheel bolt collar seating on the actual wheel, and also the locking bolts i bought from ford are even worse, i didn't tighten these up incase they pulled through. Is there anyway round this, maybe different/bigger bolts with the same thread.

thanks, lee.
