Be assured just adding Nitrous wont get you what you want. Tried that
2 1/2 years ago, things are much more complicated now & Nitrous injection is now only a part of the new system i will be running.
Im not sure about a shoot-out on a R-R the Specs are all different & whats the point. I can reach 1000bhp now by programming my controller for 100% takes 5 seconds, but how long would that last not long i suggest so a run on a R-R proves nowt.
Martin prefers Accleration & at that he will be un-beatable at that although i still want to see if he can beat my cars 0-180 & 0-200 times that will be of interest to me.
My only Dyno figures say 614bhp/508ft-lb @ 2.2bar,on pump. it never ran like that in the car so no idea of Power figures whatsoever.
It now runs 2.5bar & a GT40 so you tell me how much it makes.
The problem is Power figures dont mean too much lets see how things are after 20seconds on the throttle in 5th thats when Dyno figures count for nowt.
Two cars claiming around 680bhp have been to Brunters recently , both failed to reach 190 one to even reach 180. They found put the hard way that is sustained Power in the car that counts. Mine will do 200mph at will every run with no probs of any sort.

My two cents...which probally wont mean much to most and will end in my abuse but ...
I respect BOTH Mark (MAD) and Karl (NMS) as they are no doubt in the
top ten list of tuners in the uk.
However, BOTH sides (followers) seem to claim/suggest that a particular
ecu gives them an edge in power stakes or that the other is somehow
inferior - it does not make any difference in terms of BHP in the slightest.
At the end of the day, I have had direct personal experience of high power
cars tuned by both tuners and always been impressed with them.
Power figures are NOT the be all and end all as certainly Darrens
and Rods cars are two very different animals.
However, like most would pay to see these cars at play anytime
especially if the rat killer man was involved too.
