Make a score sheet with the most important factors down one axis and the canidates on the other. Then you can score people and add notes to it during the interview.

1) Do they have any photocopying skills?
2) Can they make decent tea?
3) Can they sweep up ?
4) How good are their toilet cleaning skills?

well come on you faggot.. its not that hard really is it!?

ask them if they know much about the company.. so you can see if they have researched much? shows initiative

ask if they have any experience of what the job entails.. ie what you do! (NOT 'lick Mike Rainbirds bum crack clean on passionford.com! )

give them some details about the company and what you do / did then ask them to tell you about themselves, re their current job, history etc...

etc etc

its not rocket science you c-unt!

well if they're applying for your job.. they wont be able to afford a car.. hence the peugot 'wrc' moped inthe car park, fitted with neons and a basket on the back for his spare pair of Nike Air TN's... tracksuit bottoms, hoodie and extra thick socks

I'm an assistant shipping manager for an international freight forwarding company specializing in personal & household effects.

So involves

Freight consolidation
Liasing with shipping lines
Dealing with destination agents worldwide
Dealing with problem clients
Manifesting
Shipping documentation
bugging everyone on passionford with stupid questions

PS its my job i'm interviewing for, as i'm king dong next year.

I've knocked up a word doc with some idea's etc.

Personaly i've found that shifting away from the formality of an interview, turning it into an agenda driven chat to be the most sucessful way of conducting interviews.

Anyone and everyone can blag it with rehearsed answers from commonly used interview techniques.

Take it onto a personal level, find out what the person is like and take it from there.

You aint going to find out what a potential employee/work M8's personality is like based on an interview other wise.
