i am learning wing chun kung fu!
used to do 7star preying mantis...now just do the wing chun,great for close quarter combat...and you dont have to be the fittest person to learn it etiher!...check out the web site!

I do 3 different kind of boxings since 10 years now. Traditionnal boxing (called "english" in france, only with fists), thai boxing, and kempo boxing.

Did Lau Gar Kungfu for about 18 months before I went to Uni, quite a few years back......very "relaxed" syllabus, as the instructor (who was runner-up in the UK Championships for quite a few years running - he's retired now) mixed in syllabus-work and "useful" self-defence tactics/moves.

Do Shotokan Karate at the moment, have studied a little Wing Chun which i intend to start sudying again after christmas.
Depends what you want to achieve as to what the best Art for you is.

I do thai boxin, was supose to have my first competion fight in a few weeks but im injured .

Wing Chun rocks dude! I cant wait to get back into it, but ive put years of training into my karate and im not gonna stop till ive got where i want to be with it. Then i will put my heart and soul into Wing Chun ...when Cola isnt distracting me

Wado-Ryu....Taekwondo....Ninjitsu....Numchukku (old days)
Tried Shotokan but to hard for me,Wing Chun to fancy for me.
I got furthest in Wado-Ryu (Brown Belt)..suited me well..now i am a couch potato..ROFL.
BUT am making a comeback

wing chun kung fu!
I have just started kickboxing... i find it very enjoyable however my actual 'fitness' is shocking and im absolouely fucked after running round doing, press-ups's, kicking and punching etc for an hour
