no high kicks!
no big movements
that goes against the princaple of wing chun!
fastest way is a straight line!...close everything up and its faster!...
dontforget wing chun was developed by a woman.....so no need for huge power or battles of strength!...that goes against it all!..but i aint gunna prech if ya wanna learn use the net to look up the history and princaples!(spelling)

James.........the hand movements are too complicated for me 
Well most kung fu is aint it????Hence why i prefer Karate although not as good for street fighting

And for those who dont know wing chun kung fu...it was the first art for Bruce lee....before he left for america!..he used it in his roof top fighting!!

I studied alot and Wado Ryu was the best for me as back in the day i wasnt 14stone but only 11stone
...unfortunately i had to give it up for illness reasons...but am now making a come back..BUT to fight a younger more fit person at this stage would make me look rusty...back in the day i'd have whooped yo ass

James...my mate is high up at Wing Chun.....and i can say he can fight...i could never beat him LOL....Once in a club someone thru a bottle at him..and he caught it..the geezer then scuppered..LOL.
