Mike,
Ive only seen martins but that is a beautiful shell....far nicer than my battered old thing...if Willy knows his onions he'll know the difference between the shells.....

cheers mike and sibster
just thinking of my next project. its gonna be used for track days and some single stage tarmac events and that sort of thing. i dont want to go to mental with it but for safety purposes that if i get the "daddy" shell i can add bits or remove bits depending on the cash flow situation!!!
whats the differences between the grp a shell and a wrc one? unfortunatly i am not to sure but i'm hopefull that you boys will keep me right?
sibster an pics?

If thats your remit...then as Mr Rainbird says....Bruce's shell would be an ideal base.....i'd go square beam and some decent arms.....the major difference between the 2 shells is the rear suspension....bigger suspension platforms....diff cradle and lateral links.....but that in itself spells lots of cash.....the cradle is bossed through the shell into the cage and large turrets are installed....you cant easily convert a grp'a' shell to WRC its a major cut and weld job....but for smoothish tar the later grp'a' cars were fantastic....
pics of a wrc shell interior....note the big turrets....(cant do photshop)

many thanks to everyone.
anyone got any pics of bruces old shell?
what sort of money will a wrc shell make compared to this shell?
was looking at the norwegian blue wrc are and it looks ace. but spotted things like the strut tops and stuff and wondered if that is possible on any shell or what?
cheers willie
