bloody idiot hit my mondy last night while i was stopped at a roundabot and fucked there rear bumper i got his details went on got home my neck was killing me so went to hospital they said whiplash but nothing else , so i call the dude up this morn he said there aint a scratch on mine so fuck off .

so down to the old bill and onto insurance the insurance say he aint got a leg to stand mmmmm in thought he tells me to fuck off again he wont .people hey

Had it done to me, and as their was no witnesses the insurance sed it was me against him, and sed it weren't worth the chance of lossin for the sake of £200 repairs,

all i wished is i got his address, instead of just his insurance details, then i could of got some satisfaction back.

The first offeer they give you for whiplash is £500 if you refuse then they make you visit doctors and physio and you may see the cash with 2 years!

I'd get the coont for whiplash......if he wasn't such a bellend then i'd say leave it.

With compo it'll take ages but going on my experiences you get about £1200 give or take. You must get physio of it and make sure its sorted properly for your sake as mine still causes me grief a year later.

cheers for the replies lads well accordin for my insurance protection people he aint got a chance he hit me at the back so hes at fault.They said the first offer of comp is a grand so well see plus the fact that hess rufused to hand out insurance details even tho the police said he has got some so there guna nick him to. Suprising how safe people feel when they think u cant trace them so im sure the future holds nothin but fun for him lol

Agree 100% with Mr Manchester on this. after Rachels bang that destroyed the XR2i in 2004. She was offered a paultry sum. After seeing the quack and filling out forms she finally received £1200. Didn't think this was enough personally as her neck is still causing problems now
