All just been sealed underneath etc, not really anywhere for the sand/salt to get in to rust, but yes i agree with what you are saying, i wouldnt make a habit of it, but just this once was ok

What you lot dont seem to realise when you say about all the corrosive sea salt/water is this was done at WESTON...

A)- The sea at Weston is usually about 5 miles away beyond the mud and used condoms anyhow.
and
B)- The only less sea-like seaside in the world is probably Severn beach near Bristol, as Weston isnt really a SEAside, more like a big riverside
