Yeah baby, a coming feature from NTL. I'm testing FOC their new 10meg unlimited connection.... 
See steady download rates of 1200kb a second from a decent site
Using Azureus i saw over 1000kb a second...well for the 9 mins it lasted

Whats the limit on uploads though Smit as my NTL 2 meg service is horrendus, seems with bittorrent you have to upload so much to be able to download.. Takes me 24 hours plus to get a 380 meg lost episode, get 80- 100 bps with Limewire however..
