i bought a errr dodgy copy of a certain operating system. I paid for it by paypal by , buy it now.

It hasnt arrived.

2 days letter i get an email from ebay saying that the items (there was 5 of em) were taken off sale due to a complaint that it was in violation of coyright etc and that i am strongly urged not to carry on this transaction.

what can they do, even tho i have not received it?

Had same thing happen to me ebay sent same thing i had to chase up on paypal but never got money back as they had no funds in account
