Just took cossie for a spin........
........for the first time without the dump valve 
. Sounds awesome 
. The only thing is, I thought they were supposed to make your turbo last longer. I'm not going to kill it am I?

IMO my turbo was never the same after I took my dump valve off, turbo shaft was nice, little play, and I thought you could feel the damage on the blades every time I changed under heavy load, my personal opinion anyway

Could be wrong but I don't think it's got anything to do with the wastegate. It's just pressure going through the blades of the turbo.
