i can't find my phone...

i've got it insured but can't find the terms and conditions anywhere with O2 gold policy.

i've been using a different one for a while but its playing up come to get old one and no where to be found... moving house aint helped either lol


not lost one before usually get nicked and I have to report to the police etc etc.... anyone done this and claimed?

 

ul have to tell the old bill thatsome one walked past you and stole it an u dident see his face or somthing like that because even if ur policy covers loss they dont give out crime ref numbers anymore for loss of property because of people blagging it

Melv - You have to report your phone as lost/stolen at the local police station. You will have to fill in details on the sheet as to where abouts u last remember having it etc etc make and modle of the phone etc etc........You will be given a crime number which will be on your receipt. Ring up the insurance company they will ask for this number and check it out with the police station...

Shouldn't be a problem if u haven't claimed before
