when we went the other month, it cost me about a grand all in

fuel, food, hotel, train to cross etc etc

I was talking to Stu today and we both feel a week would be best as there is 2 full days traveling and that is hard work i no it's well worth it tho IMO but i did'nt feel like the long weekend was long enough

Date's are the easter weekend i think but we need a positive Date really so we can all sort out work etc.

So a poll would be a good idea

easter week would be perfect for me cause the company shuts down that week Whats the crack with orginising it. Does everyone just book up indervidual or does someone try and get discount for numbers etc

Right so is a single hotel sorted out or do people just meat at the ring. It would be nice for someone like me who has never been before to tag along with a few that know the way thats all

we met in france at the first services and then convoyed over

So it through the tunnel to the first services then all the way through france to the ring. This might sound daft but how long does it actually take to get there cause from middlesbrough to the tunnel will probably be a 6 hour drive alone

You might be quicker catching a ferry from up your neck of the woods mate, and then driving thriugh Germany or Holland, i am sure more people go from up North

I am very keen on this if i am not working/on holiday then more then likerly not but will see.

One week at the ring sounds alot but then i have never been so....

you can sail from liverpool if you want to float all the way round britain - hull is on the side of germany
