Right not a area of expertease, but what would the bottom bearing going souns like on a 50cc Motorbike,( ) Ie what symtoms

if you mean the crank bearing,
mine just acted like it was a 4 stroke,even though it was a 2 stroke there was an imediate shut down on power when you lifted on acceleration,unlike a 2 stroke which would slowly die with the revs untill tick over was achieved

Cos apparantly this thing just wont hit the top end, im suspicious if it is the bottom bearings, what about nay nioses i thought it would make some but his doest

That is the AM6 engine wich is a very good engine, is the bike resticted ? and what speed have to got out if it as it should do 30 std and around 60-70 un resticted

The main bearings very rarely fail if at all

CAn do 50mph + The engine got a full rebuild a fornight ago and thats the only thing they didnt change! shoddy workmanship i think im going to have a look at it for him tomorrow anythink i should look for?

whip the head off, put your finger on the top of the piston and feel if there is any up and down if there is a little, whip the barrel off and look for blueing on the b/end, whip the mag cover off and litterally wiggle the end of the crank up and down, it will have no up and down movement but it will have a bit of in and out movement i.e end float

are you sure its not just rich and 4stroking at the top end??????
