Default LCD tvs (plasma?)

today i was checking out me local competitiors as you do, and walked past Tylers electrical store.

I saw a gorgeous lcd samsung tv. Now i knew about em like, but not took much notice. Same old same old aint it, nothing invented or changed.

But boy, i went inside to get some more info on it. It was gorgeous, able to plug pc into side of it, picture quality was like nothing i have ever seen it was amazing.

The offside to this was the price of £1000 for a 32". Lots of money if ya ask me, I guess they will get cheaper etc, but i still cant get over the quality of the picture.

Who has one and what do you think of em so fare compared to old format?

Oh and yeh if ya now a cheaper place let me now.........

Funnyily enough even though you may buy a LCD bought by other brands alot of them do use Samsung Screens. I dont know if it is because they produce cheap or weather quality is good.

I think ive got the 26" version of the one u saw, awesome picture! was gonna get an LG one until i saw it in comet n changed me mind

i got mine from amazon, was £200 cheaper than comet and also they usually bundle in a freeview reciever which bumps the price up but you can get em online without which drops it considerably

What you have to remember with comet is the picture you see in store is always miles better when you get home! They have about 40x TV's linked upto one signal, the more TV's the weaker the signal, so all that is bollox.

Although we bought a sharp 32" TV 11 months ago off comet, its broken 3 times now so after a little hastle they have agreed to take the TV back and swap it for another model

Were gonna swap for this 32" Samsung....

Not a plasma but slimmer than a TV at 39.9inches deep, so should slot in the corner nicely
