can some one tell me that yellow symbol shape like an engine
on a vaxhaull cav dash what does it mean
its lites up then car cut out then start after a few minutes
any one

Thats the engine warning light,usually has to be turned off by vauxhall,maybe a sensor at fault

yea but its am8 cav just add an engine fitted
he drives it for about an hour then the light come on
then it cut outs never happned before until had engine fitted
what sensors you recond it could be

It could be a crank sensor,i used to work for vauxhall but in the parts department,so didnt get too involved in that side of things.

is the crank sensor ,would it come with
that engine he add fitted or would they add to remove is original
one and fit to this engine

If it was a second hand engine they would probably of used what come with it,if it was a recon engine then they would of used his sensors i would of thought

Hayward and scott stainless centre section.

Cheers mate,i typed it all out in a word document ages ago so i didnt have to keep writing it out when people asked the spec,good old copy and paste LOL
