mates garage burned down yesterday
man is he gutted , the garage was big enough for 8 cars i built it him 8 yrs ago in his back garden , we put in running water,wash basins , roller shutter door ,roof space heaters ,compressor in the loft space ,it was a small factory unit in his garden , now its all gone along with all his tools ,snap on sets ,snap on mig welders,shot blasting machine ,jigs for pulling cars straight all his air tools ,2 quad bikes ,a rover zr being repaired for his missus, luckly he got the porsche911 out in time and the tvr cerberra was outside , he also lost a tvr engine ,range rover engine and he lost all the keys for the cars so at the moment he is gutted

GARAGE
thanks for the replys ,he has lost so much ,he is insured but for how much he dosent know ,he has just dropped the porsche off at my house using recovery truck as the keys went up in the fire so im baby sitting a 911 with no keys

There's a house round my way what recently had a garage fire aswell! Inside was an '05 reg Porsche Boxter which only ever got used on weekends if the weather was fine! Absolutely nothing left of it Utterley sorry to hear this mate, pass on my regards

the insurance company is gonna LOVE him!
tell him to cheer up, least he got the 911 out! all the tools and engines and shit can be replaced easy enough! if the insurance hes got is any good theyll replace it all for new!

fire investigation think it was a extension lead being used when still coiled up on the real ,we will know more tomorrow as the loss adjuster is going there to have a look round heres hoping
