saff cos boost question

saff cos boost question
As above ppl , need some advice with my 2wd saff cos , noticed my boost hits just about 1.5 bar ( what boost is this exactly ) and holds exactly halfway between 1bar and 1.5 bar ( think a new actuator is needed ) 
which type though just a -31 troops
