Default Need Tools......Any Suggestions where to buy?

After some tools for something.....

I'd ideally buy Craftsman from Sears (in the US), but I don't know whether they will ship here to the UK.....if not, Im after some decent (I like the Draper Expert stuff I have), but cheap sockets and various other tools....anyone got any suggestions for where to buy/brands......a good online shop would be ideal.

Need a selection (on a bar) of std AF sockets (1/4 drive and 3/8) - 12point/BiHex
Same as above but Deep Reach (1/4 and 3/8 drive)- 12point/BiHex
Ratchets (1/4 and 3/8)
Spanner Combos (maybe ratchet spanners) AF set again
Wire locking pliers (the small ones would be ideal if I can find some!)
Snap-On Ratchet Screwdriver (the multibit one)

Basicly, "cheap" but decent...the idea being, I need a lot of stuff, to be bought at once, so trying to keep costs down, if anything breaks through useage, it'll most likely be replaced with the snap-on equivilent.

Any suggestions? Ive looked through Ebay with not much luck!

Cheers
