whats difference between a bleed valve and adjusting actuato

just out of curiosity is there a differnce between seting the acuator to lets sat 20psi or using a bleed tap to get 20 psi?
just wonderd if it boosts up diferently

well bleed tap in puttin a boost leak, so is always best to use the actuator, but best not put more than 6mm preload on the wastegate, as then it wont be able to open fully if needed.
the end of the day, you wont notice if boost's set up usin actuator or bleed tap.
