Default Another Heater Problem - Now winter is coming!!

The heater on my k plate 1.8LX Sierra only blows cold air

If I'm stood in traffic and the temps get high on the gauge I can get a bit of hot air through but thats it.

How do I fix it??

Could be an airlock in the pipework that feeds the matrix. This could be bad as it means that the flow around the cooling circuit is affected too.

The matrix is a dash off job usually. Two pipes on the bulkhead at the drivers side of the engine bay, then the heater box comes off from inside the car with the matrix inside. It's a bit chewy, but not TOO bad...

They only cost about Ł15 from a motor factors, so just get a newie

Yes

This might also go some way to solving an airlock problem by back-filling the system...
