Default Porting of Parts

Who can do this?

I.e send a complete inlet to get it ported and flowed?

Cheers

Don't they need to have the head too to match the port sizes?

Or just the gasket Lee.

Often people port both the head and the inlet to match the gasket, as no pont having the two match and then the gakset being different.

Usual way is to align the gasket over the manifold and give it a quick light spray of black paint, then remove all the painted bits, same for the head.

Varies from car to car though of course, not always a good idea to go as big as the inlet gasket.

Rob walker engineering in oxfordshire are good at this sort of stuff.

I normally use someone else, but only cause its a good friend of mine, he has about a 6 month waiting list for doing anything at all at the moment though.

Rob is a sound old boy though, been doing it for decades and not too badly priced.

Havent got phone number to hand im afriad but can dig it out later if no one suggests anyone closer to you.

matt i would but again waiting lists.

i would have had a manifold but again that was a no no.

its an EEC-IV manifold so pretty good in standard form, just want to squeeze a little more out of it to gain a bit more flow.
