FAO gym goers
found a bit of a weird problem yesterday. im starting to get stretch marks on the top of my triceps near the arm pit. shit the bed to start with as thought i'd popped a blood vessel!
never heard anyone talk about them before, is it normal or am i guna die?!
seriously tho - is there anyway to stop getting more bad ones? anything you can do to make them less noticeable? as they look properly disgusting!

I have them worse where my chest meets my armpit and arms. I've also got a few near the top of my thighs, but I do have bloody big legs
I saw one monster who had them on his forearms - talk about rapid growth
Use a good vitamin E cream to help avoid stretchmarks
The wife uses a good clarins lotion now she's 35wks gone which I could recommend

i have a mate called eddy elwood he was on englands strongest man he has them every where . when i was training i got a few but thay disapeared thay are also caused by doing movements that you dont normally do . its not very often you put your arms above your head unles your training

do as paul egg says, spot on advice. after a while they go white but they do stay, its rapid growth, nothing to do with moving ya arms
a mate of mine uses cocoa butter but also after a while you can not grow anymore without help as hes a built fooker but now hes just getting cut rather that bulking up
maybe just him though but he dont use any weight gain stuff, just presses 55ks a side plus a bar that weighs 20(ish)k's
when i went gym i was pressing 35 a side and started to get em at th bottom of me shoulders and as i got ginger hair i have a some what white complextion,,,,,,, looked wrong so stopped
