Default Healthy Eating on a Budget?

FAO: ALL Food Guru's!

I suffer from very bad fatigue and tiredness and i know part of it is down to bad eating habbits and lack of jiggy-jiggy (exercise-lol)

Is there anything i can do (on a tight budget) to maybe help with this?

Can anyone suggest some dietry plans and exercises i could do to help? Because at the moment i feel like i've got that sleeping problem i.e. i drop off just like Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Its been suggested i start taking Pharmaton tablets

Look at the GI diet

I have lost a stone in 6 QWEEKS and feel loads more awake

its about foods that release energy slowly making you have less ups and downs

Lots of apples pears brown rice pasta etc so it can be VERY cheap

ya might have some stress but deal with it in ya own way

i went to my doctor when i had loads of small issues that i just assumed was just general hassle ya get in life ect

my doctor asked me and i said nothing, he asked about other things and then said i got wayyyyyy too many things im trying to deakl with and thats actually classed as stress told me to try and deal with a few and do exercise and watch the difference

did seriously work, but might not me it, also get ya blood preasure checked too as i suffer from fluctuations in mine, ive got really low at times then i go really high ( when its hot i notice too) when its low if i get up i get a head rush and at times pass out , when its high i get really touchy with tiny things and usually causes me problems with people who i work with as i just switch

seriously drink more water, get rid of cow based products and do some exercise before ya go work and se how it goes

This is what I do:

08:00-13:00 FRUIT ONLY, as much as you like really.

13:00-18:00 brown bread or pasta or rice with raw vegetables, again as much as you like

18:00-20:00 something light like a piece of fruit, some nuts or ricewafers

I do this for 2 or 3 day's and then I do the same but with the only difference that I do meat and vegetables instead of bread an vegetables.

NEVER mix bread/pasta/rice with meat, only eat meat once every 2-3 day's and never eat after 20:00

I weigh in at a steady 82 kilo's, minimal bodyfat and very fit.

I do muay thai and if I don't eat properly I can tell the difference straight away in endurance, concentration and speed.

Well I also don't drink alcohol and don't do drugs, I don't smoke and I have a coffee like once a year...

Also forgot to mention 3 to 4 litres of water every day depending on activities and weather!

I prefer to workout a lot from keeping diet. But there is a lot of what you schouldn't do. But well life wouldn't be that funny if we did only what we are supposed to do.

I still try to force myself to eat more of green stuff and I can't :-/ I'm animal eater :-(

We agree on that. It even says on cigarettes in Poland "Smoking causes impotence"

Well you generally need about 3 litres of water every day and have to source it somehow. If doing sports or haeavy manual work you need lots more.

Too much water flushes out salts and minerals you need though so you have to find a balance! I go through 1.5 litres of water in 1.5 hours of training...

you make me sound like a nun

i cant imagine going on a night out with a person who dont drink as MOST( not all might i add) are grumpy fookers who cant seem to fit in the same mood as they aint got the same click, its like when i was takig charlie we had our own group and didnt seem to bother with the non drug people

but if ya mates are the same i bet ya can have a right laugh and wake up in the morning to hug a tree or roll a whale back in the sea

fairplay though, i seriously cant live without coffee BUT if nto had a coffes for a week sofar so that might be another reason why i feel better personally

fair play and good luck with the rest of the chrishners ( hari hari )

When i gave up smoking i went on the "M" diet which is

Macdonalds for breakfast
Macdonalds for dinner
Macdonalds for tea

And i only gained 3 stone in 3 months

The wife just looks at me now shakes her head and walks of muttering something about being a fat bastid

Nowt to do with treehugging and what not: I used to drink LOTS, used to do LOTS of drugs, smoked LOTS and so on...

At a certain point in your life you might reach the conclusion that your health is important enough to protect and you will not believe what a HUGE difference it makes to your general sense of well being if you eat and live in healthy way.
I don't need drink or drugs to loosen up: I have the selfconfidence to approach any woman whilst sober, I'm carefree enough to act crazy without having to resort to drugs and I tend to be sillier than most that are pissed on a night out BUT I'm never aggresive due to too much drink, I'm never pushy or rude to women, I never get done for drunk driving, I never puik on my mate's shoes, I never wake up with a headache and so on...

The only place I really enjoy my life is on special stage tree flying on the sides at 100+kph. You REALLY feel you are alive and want to stay that way then!

It takes lots and lots of self-confidence and special attitiude to life to do such things when sober. But I rememebr parties without any alcohol with this kind of stuff I am not this kind of person but I know people who can do it.

Azrael: that's not due to alcohol though!

I do the silliest things when I'm at parties, I tend to act the craziest of all even though I'm the only sober one!

Maybe youre to tense and you need to loosen a little bit. You know chill out. You don't need a drink for that.

Probably not good but fun never the less!

The other day me and my mate were at this place where these 2 women were doing kids make-up: you know the sort where they make the little ones look like a tiger or a clown or something of the sort.
So in the middle of the shop an saturday afternoon I had them make my face up to look like a hamburger and my mate's face like an icecream and to finish it off I took off my shirt in the middle of the shop to have her draw flies on my back and chest as the burger was mouldy!

Result: 200 people staring at me and the girls phonenumbers
