Default zetec advice

im just buying me up a few bits to build a zetec engine and get rid of my cvh 1.6 turbo.

i had bought cossie management to fit to the cvh but decided not to bother as for the power id get from it i may aswell spend a bit more and get me a zetec and allow for more power and torque.

ive read i can use mt cvh zaust manifold and probably my turbo its a pd28 or summat like that i cant remember but held 20psi boost and spool up was quick enuff. its a hybrid turbo anyway and will do for a start!

wats the best inlet manifold to use? ive got efi from fiesta turbo as was gona use this with cossie management, ive read that some some people use a rover turbo manifold? any views on wats best. ideally i want 300bhp+ and dont know if one is best suited to that sort of power?

ive got dark blue 4x4 cossie injectors. r these up to the job?

and also do i need the cossie managment now, i got stg3 chips, l6 ecu, loom, 3bar map sensor and all manner of other cossie bits i needed...... or...... do i use zetec management, is this mappable or easier to use?

all advice would be great

thanks

adam
