Nigel B's Minty Track S1 *Pics - highish Res*
For those that don't know Nige, he's quite quiet on the board about what he's been doing to his S1 over the last few years, but it's NEARLY there and I thought I'd stick up some recent pics for you to look at 
IT's a bloody minter of a car [and in reference to another thread, these photo's were taken on my phone 
Sony K750i ]
With the autronic mapped properly, it should be looking at 300bhp, remember it's still a 1600 cvh
Ok, so the camera not that great
Where's the brake servo gone
These are the REAR brakes under a set of stilauto 17's, nicely kerbed
The seats weigh less than a poo, but unfortunately I'm too wide to get in them
Some turbo thing, he seemed chuffed about it, I liked the pretty lights.
The body work is mint and a real testament to the amount of effort he's put into this car
The suspension is all rose jointed and adjustable, he had the corner weighting set up properly the other day so she should stick to the track like shit to a blanket think the whole car weighed in at 1044kg including driver, which is awesome considering he's a fat cnut.
Nearly there mate, one final push getting it mapped and it'll be worth all the hard work
and a uick one of his fezzy turbo daily runner, only about 200bhp but less pink than the one in the garage

Awesome phone camera as well, my K700i doesn't get close to that, i'm glad i'm due a upgrade at the end of the month

Erm will let nige fill in the blanks, 1600 cvh, steel bottom, Stage 3+ Head work, EFi running on Autronic management, a turbo, Fully coil overed, rose jointed and adjustable suspension [as mentioned, corner weighted at a touring car place], adjustable bias brake pedal box [doing away with servo] massive front and rear disk brakes with big calipers [can you tell I'm making this up as I go along and I really don't know ]
17 inch wheels, lightweight seats built for skinny people that don't eat and some flashing turbo thing in the dash
Oh yeah and a half safety devices roll cage in a "secret" blue colour eh nige

im in no rush to finish it as ive got the fiesta for an everyday plaything and ive got to get the other fiesta out of the way......eh paddy
its off to mapping sometime soonish,just waiting till mark can get me in
as for the spec,fook knows
alot of parts are 1 off`s
engine spec dunno,all i know is its steel and decent pistons,mark is the only one who knows what has been done to it
everything has been upgraded to suit the track,all going well i might be out in it again on a trackday in october

it was in revs with your m8`s one if i remember and the pink xr3i that turned into a s1 later on
