Yes, they are exactly the same, although there is a difference in lowered heights.

e.g. 40mm XR3i Springs will lower an RST by 25-30mm.

Sorry Tiff, I obviously misunderstood

IIRC now that I think about more, I *think* the dampers were the same, and the springs different. Not 100% though....might have it the wrong way around.

they will fit. STD rst springs were lower than the 3i(not much tho).

Xr3i lowered springs will fit the rst tho. If it is qouted to lower the 3i say 30mm, it will prob lower the rst 20mm
