shorthy I will be starting my new job in London, so will be comuting on the train to and from London.. so need to keep occupied on the train

I keep seeing these handhelp PS2's for sale everywhere...

Couple of questions.. Are they worth the 200 quid? Is the screen any good.. ie is it too small?

Can my games from my PS2 be played on it? can normal DVD's be played on it? Can they be chipped?

never used one but you cant use normal ps2 games or dvd they use a different media

i dont think the machine has a cd slot big nuff to play "normal dvd's"

U can d/l movies onto the memory card and play them.

The screen is excellent for its size

Apparently you can store "backups" on the memory card

so the DVD pirate at work tells me..


cost him £80 for a large memory stick, slapped his backups on there and can play them from there

adam.. is that only applicable for DVD's? or PSP games as well? Could you ask your pirate at work please?

You can download the game ISO's from various websites knocking about, then you need to get hold of a "launcher" for the games... slap it all on your memory stick from your pc card reader and bobs your aunty


I will get some more info when im back in work on tuesday, and hopefully see it in action myself to understand how it works better

Screen is smooth as ya like on the PSP. Playing NFS Underground Rivals nearly all of last night.

Video & sound is crisp too on films/music vids.

Had a go on one today playing Everbodys Golf (I think) and these little handheld things are brilliant the graphics were brilliant and the controls are spot on, also the screen is spot on
