I have a Boost problem .....Help meeeeeeeeeeeeeee lol
Right guys what can it be ?...........
First of all it was all over the place one minute i had 3 psi then next i had 10 then i had 5 then full boost, then i had none then i had some etc Now its settled down! But its not running the boost it should be its only running constant 10psi and will not go over this..........Any ideas what it could be ?

mine done something similar ages ago...turned out the bolts holding the actuator were loose as well as the bolts holding the exhaust housing to the turbo...or was it the inlet side lol...were loose...check all the bolts around the turbo an see if that helps

I had a split hose hat was fine on tick over and with leak detection spray but when the pipes were underload the split increased and opened it was only when it split all the way it was found

Bassboy i had that problem on it when i first got it I had it drilled out to take 10mm studs all good and tight as a whistle now
If the actutator was nackered would it do something like this ? its strange how it was all over the place at first now its constant 10 and will not go above What about the amal valve ?

mine has started doing this, i know my acuator is softer than butter and it was wound out quite a bit but neaver held the boost so wasn't fussed, but took it for a drive lastnight, 1 min was boosting all the way up to 10psi then the next min was only boosting to 3 or 4. bit worried as the car is standord. amg oing to cheak hooses tommorrow and wound the actuator right down and see what happens

When my actuator went it decided to run at 22psi...... so at a guess if it was the actuator it run little or lots of boost Check yer amel valve as well as all pipes if all fails take it to a tuner or just blame alex

Faye, my first suggestion would of been amal valve. My Esc Cos was boosting 12psi odd and then @ 4000rpm boosting up to 30 and back down, so SCC put a bleed valve on for the time being and set it to 30psi. Got a new amal valve, just waiting to test it lol

We have got a 2 spare amal valves i could try ...... But i didn't think i could just stick another on as Alex said mines been rejetted or something lol
