Ebay scams, is this the norm ?
Was sent this, i have forwarded it to ebay, I take this is common place, its the second one.
the first was some story, but was from nigeria.

Get loads of these types of things at work!
Usually some letter from a supposed Prince in Nigeria telling you he wants you too help him get £100m dollars out of Nigeria.
