Default misfire at 4k revs

Ello guys

Just installed a new engine and its developed a slight missfire at 4k revs.

Spec is 2wd saf,

4x4 engine
hybrid t3 (unknown spec)
using 2wd TPS on 4x4 throttle body
0.63 gapped plugs (ford plugs, says somethin about platinum on em...quite new, never noticed part number)
recently swapped crank sensor as previous one was faulty
collins stg3 chip
greens
4x4 intercooler
around 15psi boost
also using ford BERU leads, in tip top condition

The problem mainly seems to occur when the foot is planted on the floor.......making me think its either the tps or crank sensor.........anyone got any ideas???

map sensor wiring has not been touched since before i put the new engine in...any idea how much for a brand new crank sensor, and would the 2wd TPS using a 4x4 TB be any issue in the problem?
