They're not cheap - £785 including side mounts.

About half the weight of the standard one - it feels about 7 to 8 kg. The normal Pole Position (unleathered) is 6.5 kg.

No, as it is a legal requirement that if you have back seats, you have to have access to them, and these seats do not fold, so the passenger will have to do without.

As it would happen, these seats are standard fit in the limited edition Audi TT and the seat backs come colour coded to the car. Mine are gloss black.

Looks good Mike. Would personally rather have a pair of supportive recliners though, so it looks even.
