just sold a 3 spoke rs steering wheel on ebay sent it all complete and undamaged then i have just got a email saying he as reciveved it and that there is no horn push with it and it is damaged and he wants his money back
but where do i stand in this ? i dont wanna be stuck with a hornless damaged steering wheel was perfect when i sent it

how did u send it ? if u sent it special/rec del then ur insured so get in touch with them

 

 

Did you give the option for the buyer to get insurance on the thing? cause if it got messed up in the delivery its not your fault... he's the dumbass that didn't buy the insurance lol

 

Ask him to send you a picture of the damage, and the packaging before you decide to do anything. If you are 100% sure it was fine when you sent it, then tell him to go claim at the post office for the sale price. He can show and invoice from printing off his ebay page. I've had a couple of people do that to me on ebay, but when i've asked for photo's, i never got none!.
