Could someone please give me the dimensions of your bonnet blocks for mk4 escorts as I want to make me some carbon fibre ones

The lights aren't taped now and the bonnet pins are only there as a precaution. I replaced the catch after the first bonnet got intimate with the screen. It never popped again but I found myself looking at the edge of the bonnet if I drove quickly rather than the road No point having a quick car if you daren't drive it quickly
