Got a letter thru the post yesterday - it was in a brown envelope so i started shitting myself straight away

Opened it to find i have a "Notice of Intended Prosecution" for the alleged offence of (speed 40mph) Exceeding 30mph on restricted road-manned.

got done by one of them mobile enforcement vans who i thought only checked tax

It also says "this allegation WILL be supported by photographic evidence at any subsequent court hearing".

Right so how do i get out of this Just whne i thought my licence is almost clean
