anything better than focus RS plugs for Zetec turbo?

just want every ones expert opinion with what plugs to use in my high compression Zetec turbo running a bar boost (9:1 c/r) running omex with cosie greens

yep - get the head machined to take rsturbo/cossie plugs. Then the world is your oyster.

get some denso iridiums itv22 or itv24 for highly modded

if its standard itv16 or 20s will be fine
