why cant a murderer get named after killing someone?
ie: the 17 yr old that helped kill the young man with an axe in pool

Well for a start hes under 18 so by law he cant be named. Yes I agree that the limit could be lowered to 16 or even 14.
And Yes both he and the other defendant in this case are still technically Innocent. So lets wait until the trials over before we start goin on shall we?

noooooooo, do not lower the age, how many people break the law between 16 to 18, i would have a serious criminal record if that was the case

have they found the ones who killed the bloke on the bus in the archway,and another one today ,the 3 people found dead in stonebridge park.it's happening everywere,life is cheap ,mainly because theres no fear of the law ,hanging is the way forward.just think of all the murders that don't make the news or papers.the criminals have more rights than the victims

nope they aint caught em in archway, fooking 5 mins STRAIGHT up the road form my flat
theres been a few round here tbh, not as bad as in wilesden/stonebridge ect, thats got more shootings than it has chicken shops

it has to be the government who keeps a lot of these from being reported,i heard a few years ago that westminster never reports any murders! there are lots of cover ups for various reasons.about 5 years ago on bbc radio in london it was reported that a police seargent in scotland yard,who was under investigation ,went to the armery and shot himself in the head,this was never reported again on any news or newspaper!! how many cases have been re opened in the last few years to the emmbarassment of the police and government.

if its before the trial then it can potentially prejudice the case and theres not much point after cos if the crimes that bad they usially get new identaties when they get out.
as for hanging cant agree with that, what happends if after the guys been executed evidence turns up that he didnt do it?? owell string up the next guy that looks remotely guilty shall we. witch hunt anyone?
no one has the right to take another persons life, no excuses!
yes i agree the punishment system in the country is soft i think that if someone is convicted of a crime they shouldnt be allowed any kind of luxuries at all not even day light a windowless room with only the basic of food to keep them alive, locked away with no human contact with only insanity to keep them company.
