Default Dash gauge problem......

Does anyone know where the tempurature sensor is which feeds the temp gauge on the dashboard...

Mine is just buggered up and just wanted to have a fiddle around with the sensor but am unsure where it is?

IIRC if the wire was to touch the block this would send it right to the top of the gauge yes?

It's for a a 4b4 taxi

Thanks.

if you put your hand by the dipstick,, there is one sensor with one wire,, and one with two wires

you want the single wire one

Sorted it, Thanks lads

The connector had broken/worn off and the wire was just hanging there tocuhing the engine

So got a spare connector and connected it back and it's fine.

God i love this place for sorting out problems
