did u see will smith, wen he landed wiv the shoot, just after his plane crashes.... he hit the ground hard surly they should of been showed how to land rite?

that is how they are ment to land creedy, cus your still traveling towards the ground at x speed and them circular chutes dont have controls so unlike the ones you can control and glide in, they just drop straight to the ground.

So they teach you to hit the ground totally limp....

but yeah it was still pretty hard

i though u were told to "fall over" just as u start to hit the floor, so u lie on ur side not hit the floor uprite...... well thats wot i though i saw on blue peter all them years ago

If you land feet first you have the movement of your legs and that to help cusion the fall.... and in the process, fall over... he just fell backwards...

still, made me whince having done that a couple of times myself, but I think that was the point of the filiming.
