sorry but ford just dont have any cars that are as good a basis for this sort of conversion as vauxhall do.
Plus i actually quite like novas, i even had my 2.0 16v fwd one doing 13.3 second quarter miles, which is faster than most stage 3 cossies!
No fiesta built on a similar budget could get anywhere near to that, they just dont have the potential of a nova.

I can build a nova that does a low 13 for under 2 grand (that one acutally only cost me 200 quid but thats cause i had some bits lieing around, but i could build one from scratch easily for 2K), off you go and try and do the same with a fiesta!
(oh and it needs to do 40mpg + on a run, and be totally reliable too
)
