yeah it was wicked!

been there a couple of times before but it was never that busy! i was in my green mk1 golf convertible. it got a suprising amount of attention... as i was driving along southend seafront loads of people were sayin stuff like "thats a mk1.. well tidy"

what the fuck was in that red mini? that thing shifted.. plus it was 4-up. sounded a bit like it was supercharged

and that calibra wasn't slow either. shame the skyline boys didn't touch their accelerators

Yep i was down there smit....
i was in magenta sapph 2wd n me mate was in his magenta one as well.

think it was too busy, i norm have a few blasts up n down but there were too many pratts in shit cars that brake too late and try over taking every fooker on the road.
i swear there was a crash down there.

Mart - Come off the A127 (heading towards the M25) at the Basildon Maccys, at the roundabout turn left (so you go past KFC on the left)....At the mini roundabout hook a right........Then the next left...there is about 1/2 mile dead straight....

Everyone parks either side of the road on the curb, and people just go nuts up and down...Gotta admit on Saturday is probably the busiest i've EVER seen it...Had trouble parking on the side of the road it was really that busy

The police didn't even turn up either......that was a bit of a surprise to say the least!

That was a fateful night I lost my Sunroof and Steve blew his engine

On Saturday going down the A127 at a rate of knots with Steve following i had that night kinda stuck in the back of my mind

didnt see you mate sorry i was parked bout halfway on the left opp the little car park where a blk 3dr was parked and a white skyline.

the police did turn up but very late mate. wat time did you get there!! as i didnt leave s.end till just after 1am lol i fell asleep parked in the sealife cent car park!!!!

yes mate it was last year sometime,ive got a standard white s2 it was on mondeo cossy lookyliky jobs but ive got the originals on now! yes it was at tollgate when nil from motamainia was there too.with the silver saff!

Baz - i left about 1am aswell...there was just a constant traffic jam heading upwards it was fookin dangerous to say the least

yeah you had ya bonnet up and showing ya bling here and there, yeah hes with tracy still but i havent seen him in ages or anyone else for that matter we used to have a big crowd in colchester pure dedicaters to cars there still about somewhere. would be nice to get em back together and do like we used to,about 8 or 9 cars ,tearing back from southend to colchester in 15mins and not dropping below 100mph those were the days!

Well a few years ago there were was a group of Ipswich Cossie Folk who did from Boreham Services in Chelmsford to Copdock roundabout Ipswich in 17mins

I came 4th out of 5 and i don't drive like miss Daisy either

must say though wen its as busy as that its best just to park up

i live near lakeside n last year every1 raced at the back of BnQ and ikea, it used to get very busy down there n twats that cnt drive used to try n race all the big boys hence there were a few bangs, then people started to organise it better and just let 2 cars drag race at a time that was cool untill they put poxy speed humps all the way down

i went down there wen first got me saph n beat an evo
the guy driving it wernt too happy lol.
